Life is tough; really, really tough; especially for those of us living with mental illness on a daily basis. It can seem impossible at times. It's tough when things don't go our way, it's even tougher when we're stuck in a rut.

But the difficult moments of life do come with a silver lining; just because life is tough doesn't mean that we can't enjoy the small things in life. When life gets rough and throws us a curveball, we, here at Chemical Loche, find ourselves looking for that silver lining, and we've come to appreciate and be grateful for everything that we have, the people around us, and the little things that make life so wonderful.
